How do I Book an Electric Car Hire Online?
If you prefer to book online, the process is straightforward. Start by browsing our range of electric vehicles on our website. You can use our sorting tools to view cars based on seating capacity, range or vehicle type. Once you have found a car that meets your needs, choose how long you would like to hire it for. We offer flexible options, from a single day to as long as three years.
Before confirming your booking, it is important to read the information provided on each vehicle’s page. This includes the minimum age requirement, which is listed under the Insurance Information tab. Along with details of what is included in your hire and any additional costs that might apply, such as DartCharge or tunnel fees if you are travelling in London.
Select Your Dates
When you are ready to book, simply select your hire start and end dates and add the vehicle to your basket. You will then need to decide whether to use your own insurance policy or EVision’s. If you choose to use our insurance, make sure to add it to your order before proceeding to checkout.
Need Delivery?
At checkout, you can decide whether to collect the car from one of our locations or have it delivered to your preferred address. You can also choose to pay by debit card, credit card or PayPal. Once payment has been made, you will need to complete a short form and upload the required documentation. This includes a copy of your driving licence, two forms of identification to confirm your name and address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and a driving licence check code which can be generated from the DVLA website.
If you are visiting from outside the UK and do not hold a UK driving licence, we will request a few additional details from you so that your booking can be processed correctly. Once everything is complete, your electric car will be prepared and ready for collection or delivery on your chosen date.
