The MG ZS – So Popular It’s Scary
We have been delivering and hiring out so many MG ZS cars that we have to keep buying more to meet the demand. So what makes it one of our spookily great electric vehicles. Well, first of all it looks incredible. There is definitely a sporty look about it which appeals to many people. This is also a highly practical electric car that is great fun to drive.
With a real world range of around 281 miles, there is little to complain about there. This makes the MG ZS perfect for longer journeys as well as the short daily commutes. The ultra rapid charging capability emphasises this point. Getting from 10-80% only takes 37 minutes. Enough time for a comfort break on the journey.
Ford F150 Lightning – Ghosting the Competition
Having acquired several of these incredible electric pickup trucks, the Ford F150 Lightning has been a popular and compelling EV. From film crews, construction workers to gay pride events, there is a wide audience for this vehicle.
Not only does this large pickup truck appeal to the eye, it is also packed with premium features. Inside the cabin, the bed and the frunk there are so many surprises to find. It is a great shame that pickup trucks have largely avoided UK shores. The Ford F150 Lightning shows that there is clearly a demand for them.
With this truck the first thing most people notice is the size. It is a very large EV. Of course, coming from America, the Ford F150 is probably more used to much larger roads. Americans love their large vehicles and we are slightly jealous of the choice they have.
Performance wise, this truck puts up numbers that should be impossible at this stage of the EV revolution. 300 miles of real world range, 0-60 mph in 4 seconds and a top speed of 112 mph are just stunning stats. Plus this is also a pickup truck with serious towing power as well.
Rivian R1S – One of the Most Spookily Great Electric Vehicles
Another of our recent additions to the EVision Electric Vehicles fleet is the superb Rivian R1S. Just like the Ford F150 Lightning, this is another vehicle that we have had to import from the United States. It seems like they are trying to deprive us of some of the most mind blowing EVs out there.
A lot of the Rivian R1S is very similar to the Rivian R1T pickup truck that we have had on our fleet for just over a year. This, however, is a slice of electric SUV heaven. You can see the high quality of the build throughout the vehicle. As with the R1T it is also an incredibly spacious vehicle, fitting up to 7 occupants very comfortably. An unbelievable 8 driving modes are available, including 4 just for off-road driving. The technology is awesome. You can get lost in the mesmerising infotainment system just playing with all the options.
Again, as with its American siblings, this is another vehicle with shockingly good stats. The real world range is around 400 miles for this large batteried beast. It can also achieve a shattering 0-60 mph in just 3 seconds. Everything we think we know about EV performance is rewritten by this Rivian.
