Everything Electric 2024 London show, for those who don’t know, is the rebranded name for the Fully Charged Show Live. In 2024 there is a very exciting development as the show comes to London for the very first time.
In this blog post we will be looking at what the show has to offer, what we have experienced in the past, what EVision Electric Vehicle’s involvement will be and all the important information you need for attending the show. Whether it’s how to get tickets or how to get there, we will give you the information here.
What is Everything Electric?
In June 2018 an event lasting over two days would set the standard of what we could expect from a leading electric vehicles show. The Fully Charged Show Live was born and it exceeded expectations by quite some way. Robert Llewelyn and the Fully Charged team had no idea what to expect when the show kicked off, and what happened on that Saturday and Sunday truly blew everyone away.
With thousands more people than expected turning up for the event, it was clear that the interest in green electric vehicles was alive. Every year the show returned, more and more people would turn up. Soon this event was expanded to have shows in the north of England, the USA and in Europe. It is a phenomenon that keeps getting bigger.
The Rebrand and the Everything Electric 2024 London Show
For anyone who has attended the Fully Charged Show over the years, it would be obvious that the event was growing beyond just electric vehicles. All areas of clean, green energy was on display at the shows. Energy suppliers, alternative home energy storage, solar power and much more was on display. This event is now truly showing off everything electric and not just the exciting EVs that were on display.
With this rebrand came the exciting news that there would be another new show added to the calendar. This being the very first show to be held in the capital of the country. From the 28th to the 30th of March 2024, Everything Electric 2024 London show is heading for the ExCel events centre in London.
EVision Electric Vehicles at Everything Electric
As always, we will be involved in the Everything Electric event just as we have been for the Fully Charged Live shows. A team from EVision will be on site to meet and discuss electric vehicles hire and to help you with any rental needs that you have.
On the first day of the event, Thursday 28th March, our Chairman and passionate EV advocate, Hugh Edeleanu, will be appearing on stage alongside representatives from MyEnergi, NexBlu and Montana as host, Helen Czerski, leads the panel discussion on “Should Electric Vehicle charging at work and destinations be standard practice? And how do we make it happen?” A big topic that is well worth checking out. This panel will take place from 13:00 to 13:30 on the big day.
Attending and Logistics
So you want to go to the Everything Electric 2024 London show. Here is what you need to know.
Getting Tickets:
Although tickets to the event will be available in very limited numbers on the door, it is strongly recommended by the event organisers that you should buy your tickets online in advance. We can’t argue with that logic, especially considering how popular the event has been in the past. You can buy your tickets HERE.
Getting There by Car:
Most people will be making their way to the event by car. If this is what you intend to do, then here’s what you need to know. The address for the ExCel is Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gate, London E16 1XL. However, the postcode you need to go to is E16 1FR.
Parking at the ExCel is controlled by ExCel themselves and is independent from Everything Electric. You can find out more about parking at ExCel HERE.
Public Transport:
There are many environmentally friendly transport options to get to the event by public transport. You can reach the ExCel Centre via the Elizabeth line, the Underground and DLR. If travelling by DLR, alight at either Custom House near the west entrance or at Prince Regent for the East entrance. It is around a two minute walk from either of these stations.
You can even arrive in style via Uber boat or on the cable car. They are certainly a little different
By Foot or Bike:
The ExCel is only around 20 minutes walk from Canning Town station if you choose to go by foot. Anyone travelling by bike can make use of the free bike racks at the ExCel which are located at the west entrance taxi dropoff point.
