Terms and Conditions: Complimentary 48-Hour Vehicle Trial for Businesses

  1. Eligibility: This offer is exclusively available to registered commercial entities, including businesses, educational institutions, hospitals, and local councils. EVision reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all applicants.

  2. Right to Refuse: EVision reserves the absolute right to accept or refuse any hire application at its discretion, including instances where an application may appear inconsistent with the intended purpose of the trial offer.

  3. Vehicle Models: Eligible participants may select either a BMW i3 or Renault ZOE, subject to availability.

  4. Hire Period: The complimentary hire is limited to a single 48-hour period.

  5. Deposit Requirement: A fully refundable deposit of £500.00 may be required for each trial hire. EVision Electric Vehicles reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a deposit is required. This deposit will be returned if the vehicle is undamaged, all terms and conditions are met, and any fines, such as PCNs (Penalty Charge Notices), are cleared.

  6. Limits on Usage:

    • Per Business: Each business is eligible for one complimentary 48-hour hire only, choosing either a BMW i3 or Renault ZOE. Additional hires will not be permitted under the same business registration.
    • EVision reserves the right to decline further hire applications where misuse or exploitation of the offer is suspected.

  7. Insurance: The hiring organisation must provide and verify its own fleet insurance to cover the vehicle during the trial period. Proof of insurance is required before the vehicle is handed over. In some instances, EVision can provide fully comprehensive insurance cover at an additional cost.

  8. Collection and Return:

    Vehicles can be collected from and returned to any of our EVision collection points.

    Collection and Return:

    • Clients can book their complimentary 48 hour hire at any time during EVision’s standard office hours (Monday to Friday). 
    • Vehicles must be returned to an EVision depot during EVision’s business hours, Monday to Friday.
    • The complimentary hire period is strictly for 48 hours only.
    • If a business wishes to extend the hire period beyond 48 hours, they must arrange an alternative return day (either Monday or Friday) and pay for the extended hire period accordingly in advance.
    • Delivery and collection is available upon request, subject to an additional fee.

  9. Vehicle Handover: A comprehensive handover will be conducted at the time of collection to ensure familiarity with vehicle operation and adherence to EVision’s usage guidelines.

  10. Mileage Cap: A usage limit of 150 miles per day applies. Exceeding this limit will incur additional charges as outlined in EVision’s standard policies.

  11. Vehicle Charging Requirement: The electric vehicle will be provided with a full charge at the start of the trial. Upon return, the vehicle must have at least 10 miles of range remaining. During handover, EVision will provide guidance on charging locations and instructions on how to charge the vehicle.

     

  12. Offer Availability:

    • This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is strictly subject to availability.
    • The offer ends on Friday 20th December 2024, and all vehicle hires must be completed by this date.

  13. Standard Terms: All hires are additionally subject to EVision’s standard terms and conditions. By accepting this trial, the hirer agrees to these terms.
