The world has been through a lot in the last year and a half. What we have considered to be “normal” in the past has been challenged and we have had to adapt to a constantly changing world. Research by Digital Platform Company, Ebbon-Dacs, showed that a record 453,000 people will be looking to change from vehicle ownership to vehicle hire this year alone in order to save money.
Another seismic change that occurred is that, as a nation, we are taking more care of our health and fitness, as the record numbers of people taking up running and anyone who took part in a Joe Wicks PE workout will attest to (along with their aching muscles). The number of electric cars on the road has increased at an unprecedented pace. Affordability, a vastly increased number of models available and concerns about the environment being the main catalysts for this change. And, as you would expect, the number of people turning to electric vehicle hire has increased at an incredibly fast pace.

Therefore, we are still strongly continuing to offer our wonderful Tesla Model S, Tesla Model x, BMW i3 and Renault Zoe cars for all those who love them so dearly. The range on our original Tesla models and the Jaguar I-Pace are still up there with the very best, which is one of the reasons why they have always been so popular. And for those who still suffer with range anxiety we have added longer range models of both the Renault Zoe and the BMW i3 so you can drive with that extra level of security, knowing you won’t run out of battery before you reach a charge point, no matter where in the country you go.

Love changes everything is not just a cracking song by Climie Fisher, it is also a strong statement of how our love of electric vehicles has led to us increasing our fleet in order to share more electric vehicle love with more people. And it’s not just cars that we are giving you more of. Since the early days of EVision Electric Car Hire, as we were once known, there has been a thirst for electric commercial vehicles as well. Thankfully, due to the acceleration of innovation and design in the electric vehicle world, we are now able to satisfy that demand by offering a smaller business crew van in the shape of the Renault Kangoo as well as the larger commercial van, the Vauxhall Vivaro-e. Our love of electric vehicles has grown beyond pure pleasure, we also provide for businesses in an increasingly greener world.
