Tesla Model S, X & 3
We have the Tesla Model S, X & 3 available to hire at EVision. We know that one model won’t suit everyone, so it’s always great to have the option. If you’re looking to hire a Tesla, you’ll be guaranteed luxury and a fantastic driving experience. You’ll be wanting to make the switch to electric after you’ve had a feel for a Tesla.
Kia e-Niro
The Kia e-Niro is a perfect family car with tons of space for storage during your journey. Are you looking to go on a UK getaway this year? The Kia e-Niro has plenty of range to get you to your destination before you even need to charge back up. The Kia was the first electric car to win the Car of the Year Award from What Car?. Jaguar I-Pace
The Jaguar I-Pace is similar in design to the F & the E-Pace, however it is much more economical to drive. With a spacious and luxurious interior, everyone will be wanting to experience the Jaguar for themselves.
Renault ZOE
The Renault ZOE is definitely a fan favourite at EVision. Don’t be fooled by the small car cliches, you’ll be surprised how much is on offer when you select the almighty ZOE. The all-electric Renault is great for a quick trip into town, or a trip to the coast with the family. Where would you choose to go?
BMW i3
If you’re looking for an affordable electric company car then we would highly recommend a BMW i3. With a delivery of new 2020 plate BMWs arriving at EVision, you could be the first to drive one. The longer the rental the more discount you’ll receive off your monthly payment, if that’s not a fantastic incentive we don’t know what is!
Audi e-tron
Everyone knows an Audi isn’t the cheapest brand of car, but the Audi e-tron can still be affordable when you hire through EVision. For any hires over 12 months, our customers will benefit from free EV care. Forget paying for maintenance and servicing costs, we will cover it, including tyre wear!
Vauxhall Corsa-e
Our latest arrival is the Vauxhall Corsa-e. As a well known car manufacturer, Vauxhall has aced their first all-electric vehicle. With easy controls and smooth driving, you’ll never want to go back to a normal combustion engine vehicle.
Once you have chosen the vehicle you would like to hire, you will need to add it to your basket. Select the necessary book now button, which will depend on the length of your hire. You will then need to select the start and the end date. Please note that the earliest date of booking is 3 days in advance. 
We hire out all of our vehicles with a fully charged battery, and a full valet for the ultimate experience. Unfortunately this does take time to do, which is why we ask for 3 days in advance. If you require a vehicle before this time, please give us a call. We will do our best to accommodate this with the vehicles we have available.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS AT EVISION
Now you’ve selected your electric vehicle from EVision, you’ll need to decide whether any optional extras are required.
Child Seats
If you’re opting for delivery or picking up the car from our Kent location we can supply a car seat for your child. For a one off payment of £12.00 (including VAT), the car seat option can easily be added to your basket along with your car hire.
Insurance
Insurance is a must. Whether you choose to use insurance supplied by us here at EVision or your own provider, we will need one of these options to be selected for the car hire to go ahead.
We have various insurance options available including:
Insurance with a £500 excess
Our insurance policy starts from £25 per day for smaller cars and £40 per day for Teslas, the Audi e-tron and Jaguar I-Pace. Should you wish to only pay a refundable deposit of £500, this would be the best option for you. If the hire is 3 months or more we do advise supplying your own insurance as it can be cheaper.
Insurance with a £4000 excess
We give customers the option of providing a higher refundable deposit of £4000 in order to reduce their insurance payment to £15 per day for smaller cars and £25 for Teslas, the Audi e-tron and Jaguar I-Pace. There is also the option to take out third party excess policies.
Additional Drivers
Do you need to add on any extra drivers? We will cover other members of your party to drive our EVision cars. For smaller cars it will cost £10 per day per additional driver. It will cost £20 per day per driver for other larger cars. If you do require more than one extra driver we would recommend contacting us to book your hire instead, to ensure we receive all of the relevant documents.
Screen & Tyre Insurance
For additional damage cover we also offer screen and tyre insurance. Should anything happen to the vehicle whilst it is out on hire, this will cover any damage to the tyres and windscreen. For an extra £3 per day per cover, this can be added on easily to you hire when you go through the insurance section.
Own Insurance
If you are looking at a long term rental, or simply wish to use your own insurance you are more than welcome to. When going through the booking process insurance will not need to be selected, however there will be a section at the end that will require a copy of your insurance certificate to be sent to us for checking.
DO YOU REQUIRE DELIVERY OR COLLECTION?
When you hire from EVision, there is a choice of collecting the vehicle or paying extra to get the vehicle delivered to your home or workplace. When you choose collection, the vehicle can be collected from our head office in Kent, or our collection points at Diggerland Durham, Devon and Yorkshire.
Should you wish to get the car delivered, the delivery charge will be based on your location. The majority of our cars are based at our head office so it is likely that they will be delivered from here.
When booking online, a full address and postcode will need to be provided in order to calculate your delivery cost. Customers will get the choice of two way delivery or whether they would like to drop the vehicle back and only pay one way delivery.
PAY SECURELY ONLINE
Are you ready to pay? Once you have selected your vehicle and any optional extras, you’re ready to secure your booking! By clicking the red button ‘proceed to checkout’, you’ll be prompted to fill out your billing details for the hire. 
We accept a variety of payment options including bank transfer, credit or debit card, paypal and for customers that already have an account set up.
If you wish to become an account customer you will benefit from paying no upfront fees, and we will not need to see your documents everytime you hire. Sign up to become an account customer today.
SUBMITTING YOUR DOCUMENTS TO EVISION
Once payment has gone through you will see a thank you page display. This is a very important page and crucial that you do not close the page down. Your order number will be shown, as well as a button to submit your documents. 
We will need to see the following documents for every driver:
- A copy of your driving licence
- 2 forms of ID to confirm your name and address (dated within the last 3 months)
- A driving licence check code, this will need to be generated from the DVLA website within 21 days of your hire date
Here, customers will be able to select the time of collection or delivery for their vehicle. We work on a 24 hour basis. If a hire begins at 10am it will then finish at the same time the next day.
